Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer standard shipping for a small fee that will result in a shipping time of 2-4 weeks on average. Express shipping is also offered on all our products which can result in your purchased products arriving within 3-7 days after manufacturing has occured.
3. Returns & Refunds
We do unfortunately not offer returns or refunds on our products due to change of mind since they are all made to order but will however accept returns on faulty products within 7 days of receipt of items being delivered on a case by case basis.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.

6. Group-Buys / Pre-Orders
Group-Buys / Pre-Orders will run for a set duration or until the MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity ) is achieved. If the MOQ is not achieved we will issue full refunds for anyone that has purchased a position within the unsuccessful Group-Buy / Pre-Order.
